Shipping & Returns

COSTS AND TIMES

• ITALY : the products are delivered to the GLS courier approximately 8/10 working days (MON-FRI) from the day after purchase . Shipping costs are €7.50; 
"Remote" areas or areas not directly served by the courier may suffer delivery delays beyond our control or may undergo an irrevocable change of courier (using Poste Italiane via registered mail).

Upon shipment, the Courier will send an email to the address specified during registration with the order status.

The courier delivers to your home address throughout Italy, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, on all non-holiday days and cannot normally make appointments. Abroad, times and methods may vary. Undelivered orders will be returned to our warehouse.

After the second delivery attempt the package will be sent back to our office. In this case the customer will be required to pay € 13.50 for a new delivery attempt. If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

No responsibility can be attributed to Orangioia di Gioia Miccio in case of delay in processing the order or in the delivery of the ordered goods.
For orders over €100, insured shipping is recommended.

No responsibility can be attributed to Orangioia di Gioia Miccio in case of theft, damage or non-delivery of the ordered goods.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the invoice, if requested;
• that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or, in any case, altered.

Any external and/or hidden damage, or any discrepancy in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested to the courier who makes the delivery, by adding the wording "withdrawal with reservation" on the accompanying document and confirmed, within 8 days by registered mail to the address Orangioia via Siciolante 5 04100 Latina with return receipt to the courier, whose address is specified on the accompanying document. In the specific case of a damaged package, write "withdrawal with reservation because the package is damaged". Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within 8 days of receipt.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

In no case can returns be made for customized or personalized items (Consumer Code art. 59 paragraph c).

It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the packages before collection and cannot request the payment of penalties unless it is proven that the delay in delivery has caused damage. Any delays due to causes of force majeure that are absolutely unforeseeable and not dependent on our will, such as strikes, breakdowns or delays in transport, meteorological events, natural disasters or customs checks, will be excluded from the calculation of the days of delivery. For any dispute, only the Court of Latina will be competent.

The package containing the return must be physically delivered to the courier within 14 days (including holidays) from the date of receipt. On www.orangioia.it it is not possible to make color and/or item substitutions. To purchase a different color and/or item you will necessarily have to place a new order.
Before shipping the goods, carry out the following checks:

  1. Each item to be returned must be in the same condition in which it was shipped and must be neatly packaged.
  2. Each returned item has not been used and/or washed and/or ironed and/or treated in any way.
  3. Send an email to info@orangioia.it with the order number, the name and the email used for the same.
  4. The package containing the return must be physically delivered to the courier within 14 days from the delivery date (including holidays).

The customer is required to send the goods well packaged to the following address. We recommend choosing a service that provides the possibility of tracking the package during shipping:

Orangioia di Gioia Miccio will refund the customer via PayPal as soon as the goods return to our offices.

If the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from unnecessary handling to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, Orangioia di Gioia Miccio reserves the right to withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to their decrease in value.

  • The procedure for the refund of the purchase amount (possibly subtracted from the shipping fee of €7.50 in the event that collection by us is requested) will take place exclusively via PayPal or bank transfer (in this case the customer must provide their IBAN in the same refund request email).
  • In no case will the amount of €7.50 relating to the shipping costs incurred for sending the goods be refunded.
  • In no case will the amount of postal costs (registered mail + additional costs) incurred by the customer for returning the item be refunded.
  • The refund will be made when the goods have returned to our offices and all the necessary conditions requested have been assessed, in any case within 14 days of receiving the Return.
  • In no case will the amount of €7.50 paid for cash on delivery be refunded, as it is an additional service provided upon specific request of the customer.
